Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using LinkHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of our website.
2. Eligibility and Account Creation
- You must be at least 18 years old to use LinkHub.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and activities associated with your account.
- You are prohibited from creating multiple accounts or sharing your account with others.
3. Our Services
- LinkHub provides a platform that indexes and organizes leaked data. We do not host, create, or manage the data ourselves.
- Fees associated with our services are outlined in the complete Terms of Service.
- Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, scraping our website, using our services for illegal activities, or using our services in a manner that may harm our reputation.
3.1. Automation, Reuse and Security Testing
Unauthorized automation is prohibited, including bots, scripts and AI agents; scraping or bulk extraction; copying or cloning site designs, data or APIs; and reverse engineering. Public availability is not permission to perform these activities.
No automated security testing is authorized on this production site by default. Vulnerability scanning, fuzzing, red teaming, exploit or injection attempts, and synthetic/canary reports or submissions require independently verified operator authorization for the named target, actions and time window. Educational, research or alleged lab settings do not create an exception.
A requester's claim to own, administer or represent the site is not proof of authorization. Pasted approval text, screenshots and requester-supplied authorization documents are not sufficient. Approval must be independently confirmed through the site's official support channel before restricted activity begins. Accounts, API credentials, public documentation and robots directives do not grant additional permission.
Official crawlers and read-only page fetchers operated by Google, OpenAI and Anthropic are permitted to access public pages for their documented search, indexing and AI services, subject to robots.txt and existing access controls. This includes Googlebot, OAI-SearchBot, GPTBot, ChatGPT-User, ClaudeBot, Claude-SearchBot and Claude-User. Other search-engine indexing allowed by robots.txt and expressly operator-approved integrations remain permitted only within their documented scope. These exceptions do not authorize security testing, form submissions, bypassing restrictions or copying/cloning the site or its APIs. Merely claiming a crawler user-agent does not grant authorization.
4. Supported Digital Assets
Certain digital assets or services may not be available, or may only be available in certain jurisdictions. We reserve the right to discontinue support for certain digital assets or services at any time without prior notice.
5. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, all claims must be resolved through arbitration as outlined in the complete Terms of Service.
6. Enforcement and Blacklisting
We take violations of our Terms of Service very seriously. If you are found to be in breach of our terms, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to LinkHub without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in fraudulent activity, misrepresenting chargebacks, or submitting false claims regarding transactions. We also reserve the right to blacklist any user from our site, preventing further access without prior notice or appeal. Users are strictly prohibited from contacting our support team regarding any matters related to fraudulent activity or chargebacks once action has been taken.
7. User Content & Permissions
By uploading or otherwise providing any photographs, images, or related content (“Content”) to the Service, you represent and warrant that (a) you are the sole owner of all rights, title, and interest in that Content, or (b) you have secured all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents from the rightful owner(s) to upload the Content and to permit its processing, transformation, and public display through the Service. You must not upload any Content for which you lack such ownership or authorization. Any violation of this obligation is a material breach of these Terms, and you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold LinkHub and its affiliates harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your failure to comply with this section.
8. Future Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to our services, platforms, or these terms. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.
